Colon Liver Cleanse

There are many proffered ways of achieving a colon liver cleanse but the best of them (according to many users) is by going on the master cleanse diet. People who have undergone the master cleanse diet attest to the efficacy of the method. A minimum of ten days is all you need to get not only your colon clean but the whole system of your body.

While on the cleansing, it is not uncommon to successfully get internal waste of about ten pounds out of your body. The black rubber like waste you will pass out is a pointer to the harmful effects its continual presence in the body portends.

The colon liver cleanse is purely a juice fasting. In other words you are not to eat any other food or supplement apart from the lemonade solution everyday. You start by taking six to twelve cups of it daily. In case you feel like taking food all you have to do is to take another cup of it to reduce the hunger. This is likely going to result in weight loss. The best part, is that the weight loss is mainly the result of lost disease, waste and mucus, not the elimination of healthy tissue, so there is no cause for alarm. The only liquid your can take apart from the lemonade solution is water no matter the quantity.

There is a need to regulate your normal bowel movements. This can be achieved by drinking an herbal laxative tea called senna tea every evening. Also every morning you need to stimulate bowel movements by doing salt water flush (SWF). This is done by taking a drink made of two teaspoons of celtic salt and a full quart of water. Make sure you are not far from a toilet as you are likely to have bowel movement within two hours after doing the SWF.

10 oz Water

Place these items in a juicer and enjoy.

Finally, this recipe should be used when doing a complete colon cleanse:

Vitamin and Mineral Cleanse
2 Tbsp Flaxseed
1/2 of Banana
1/2 of Papaya
2 Tbsp Wheat Grass Powder
2 Tbsp Acidophilus
2 Cups Water

Two ingredients to always remember when committing to a colon cleanse is to drink plenty of water and increase fiber intake. These should also be staples in a normal diet, which would result in continued good health. The recipes listed above should not be used on a continuing basis, but should instead be used as an infrequent addition to a healthy diet and regular visits to a medical professional.
